At Gozney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Gozney packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
